If you don’t have english and maths GCSE’s, we will provide functional skills training as part of your course

Business and Customer Services

We also offer apprenticeships in business administration and customer service!

Level 3 Business Administrator

This level 3 apprenticeship training programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to develop, implement, maintain and improve administrative services.

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner

This level 2 apprenticeship training programme develops the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to effectively liaise with customers, providing essential information which supports sales, customer service and complaints teams in achieving key objectives.

Level 3 Customer Service Specialist

This level 3 apprenticeship training programme develops advanced skills and hones knowledge and behaviours to be an expert in the organisation’s products and services. You will be a referral point who provides specialist information which supports sales, customer service and complaints teams in achieving key objectives.

We have a range of childcare apprenticeships that are designed to develop childcare professionals, at every level.

Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner

(Commercial)

This level 4 apprenticeship training programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work with children, young people and families across a range of multi-agency services to achieve positive outcomes and sustainable solutions in their daily lives.

Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner

(Residential)

This level 4 apprenticeship training programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work with children, young people and families to achieve positive outcomes and sustainable change in their everyday lives.

Off The Job Training

Off-the-job training is a mandatory requirement for apprenticeship funding. It will ensure that you are supported with dedicated time to learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve your apprenticeship with the best possible outcome.
