The Role
As a Trainee Development Coach we will put you through your teaching (AET) and assessing (CAVA) qualifications – setting you up as a fully qualified apprenticeship Coach. You will be delivering the Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker (Allied Health pathway) qualification. This is a hybrid based role, but there is an expectation to visit learners for progress reviews and additional tutoring if required.
The role will involve:
- Lead a caseload of learners and support them to achieve their apprenticeship or qualification, as well as any additional requirements such as a Diploma through to Gateway and successful End Point Assessment
- Regularly assess work and provide constructive feedback including SPAG and update the E- Portfolio system (Aptem)
- Identify and support learners with additional learning needs and successfully use the neurodiversity platform Cognassist to support this
- Take responsibility to ensure safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion are promoted and monitored continually in all areas of the job role

- Recognised Level 3 Care qualification
- Occupational competence (Work experience) within an Allied Health services setting
- Driving licence and your own mode of transport
