Impact Futures and The Childcare Company have a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our business as Performance Manager.

The Role

As part of the Operations management team, you will work with the Operations and Partnerships Teams to ensure we have up to date performance data for use internally and also for our external stakeholders and customers. The role will provide the Operations Director and wider operations team with monthly performance planning data and management information trends (KPIs) and also spearhead the performance relationship with external stakeholders.

The role will involve:

  • Working with the Operations Director to produce performance analysis monthly comparisons, variances and trends for the core KPIs across the business
  • Working with the Operations Director to review all exceptions in the data and identify priority areas to support the Operations Performance Managers (OPMs) and Development Coaches (DCs) understand their own data
  • Work with MI colleagues to further develop the MI processes and the use of Power BI and ensure this flows into the monthly performance data correctly. Use KPIs reports and data extractions to support the progress of the operations teams
  • - Attend core client meetings from time to time to provide confidence and clarity on management information and operational delivery data

About you

You will:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience, including commercial awareness and performance management
  • Proven experience of excellent people management and performance management skills with the ability to inspire and develop strong relationships
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Experience of working with ESFA, funding rules and audit requirements
  • Experience of Ofsted inspection including SAR and action planning against a QIP
