Internal Systems Administrator

About the role

We are currently recruiting for an Internal System Administrator to join us at Impact Futures!

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running by having a strong knowledge and understanding of the Aptem Apprenticeship System and will be able to support and train our new team members of Aptem’s process and systems.

  • To support in the administration of the Aptem Apprenticeship System to ensure that Learning plans, core programmes and course units are created and maintained.
  • The successful candidate will regularly interact with senior management throughout the business.
  • The Systems Trainer’s key business partners will be the Operations Directors and Quality Director
  • Communicating with all levels in the business, to understand training needs and conduct training.

The role will involve:

  • Devise and deliver Aptem process and systems training for new team members. This also includes via acquisitions and new assets.
  • Devise and deliver refresher training as identified by needs analysis, key topics raised through the Quality Team and in partnership with the Ops Director.
  • Development and delivery of training collateral, including, but not limited to, in-person, webinars, surgeries etc aligned to the e-portfolio.
  • Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, systems and standards within the industry and business. Bringing best practice and new ideas in-house to improve systems training solutions.

About you

You will:

  • Passion for training and awareness of adult learning methodologies.
  • A knowledge / appreciation of key user types, and an ability to highlight pain points in the system and highlight opportunities for improvements.
  • Evidence of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Background and experience in training is essential.
