Impact Futures and The Childcare Company have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic Marketing team as a remote based Digital Marketing Executive.

Please note this is a remote position with occasional travelling required for team meetings at either of our offices and for company events.

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive you’ll lead the development and execution of digital campaigns that engage and convert. You’ll be a key player in driving the next phase of growth across a diverse portfolio of businesses, supported by a friendly and experienced team of marketing specialists.

 

The role will involve:

  • Develop, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other paid channels. Focus on improving ROI and achieving set KPIs
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and implement technical SEO best practices to enhance website rankings and organic traffic
  • Plan and execute multi-channel social media campaigns, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction to grow our online presence
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.), providing actionable insights to refine strategies

About you

You will:

  • A minimum of 2 years in digital marketing with a proven track record in Paid Media, SEO, and Social Media campaign execution
  • Proficiency in digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs (or similar tools), and email marketing platforms
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and identify trends
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Process-driven with great attention to detail
