Client Partnership Executive

Due to our consistent year-on-year growth, Impact Futures, FRFA and The Childcare Company are looking to expand our Commercial team with the addition of two Client Partnership Executives.

The Role

As a Client Partnership Executive, you will be integral to the success of the overall commercial team; responsible for generating and qualifying leads by following a proven prospecting and qualification methodology. You will identify and research lists of companies to target and will create and deliver on outbound call campaigns to generate new business opportunities. You will engage in initial conversations with key stakeholders about their training needs, uncovering strategies and challenges they may face to develop a solution-based selling opportunity for the Head of Business Development. You will be engaging on B2B (small, medium and large sized businesses) level, across the private, public and 3rd sectors and in a range of industry sectors. You will have the opportunity to develop new client relationships through a consultative sales method and your success will be determined by the volume of your outbound activity, stakeholder engagement and by the overall value of business converted as a result of the appointments you generate.

The successful candidate will be a high-energy, goal-oriented and tenacious team player that loves to identify and secure new business opportunities.


The role will involve:

  • Leading on new business activity. Generating new business opportunities primarily through cold calling, proactive promotion and any other outbound activity generating interest from prospective clients. Planning, pipelining and adopting persuasive approaches and pitches to ensure FRFA/Impact Futures/The Childcare Company stands out above others are all vital to the role
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop FRFA/Impact Futures and The Childcare Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Ensure compliance with business systems and procedures. Ensuring that data is accurately entered and managed within our CRM or other sales management system
  • Working closely with the wider Commercial team an other internal stakeholders. Attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences to grow pipeline and present feedback to the wider team regarding market insight and creative trends

About you

You will:

  • An awareness of the Private, Public and 3rd sectors
  • Confident, enthusiastic, resilient with tenacity to succeed
  • Proven background in generating business via a variety of proactive, innovative methods inclusive of cold calling, networking, and leveraging and extending existing networks
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organised and proactive with the ability to work under pressure within a target driven environment
  • Holds clean, valid driving Licence with access to a vehicle
