Impact Futures’ Marketing Team expands

News

Impact Futures are proud to have invested in new company talent this October, with the recruitment of three new members of the Marketing team including two new apprentices.

Through the apprenticeship levy, Impact Futures supports organisations in upskilling their workforces and employing new apprentices to undertake on-the-job learning, through the delivery of dedicated and employer-led training.

By investing in our own talent and providing in-house apprenticeships to expand our marketing services provision, we’re proud to be demonstrating our dedication to formal skills development and talent retention.

A ‘working and educative experience’

With just three members in September, Impact Futures’ Marketing team has now doubled to include six with the addition of Hannah McCormick, our PR & Content Marketing Executive, Kush Galoria, our Social Media Marketing Apprentice, and Katie Adams, our new PR & Marketing Apprentice.

New apprentice Kush described how his apprenticeship at Impact Futures has given him “the opportunity to gain not only working experience but also an educative experience with the guidance of a supportive team.”

Jordan Hopkinson, Head of Marketing at Impact Futures commented:

“Having developed my career using apprenticeships myself, it’s super rewarding to introduce new marketers to the business and build their careers and specialisms within the team”.

PR and Marketing Apprentice Katie added: “The experience is enabling me to not only gain a qualification but also to learn on the job; it has really helped grow my job confidence.”
