The Childcare Company is proud to report high levels of achievement for learners on our Level 4 Children, Young People & Families (Community) Practitioner apprenticeship.
Delivered in partnership with the Ministry of Justice, this inspiring training programme has produced some incredible results over the past 12 months. Of the 65 apprentices to have completed the program, an impressive 56 distinctions were accomplished.
The Level 4 apprenticeship is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to work with youngsters, teens, and families, across a range of multi-agency services. Qualified apprentices can then go on to achieve positive outcomes and sustainable solutions in the lives of the people they serve – as well as in their own careers.
Learners work within a specific social care role in a community setting, such as:
• Education
• Youth services
• Early years
• Youth justice
• Family support
• Special educational needs
At the end of the course, learners are awarded a Level 4 Certificate in Higher Education Working with Children, Young People and Families, which is endorsed by De Montfort University, Leicester.
“We are thrilled with the level of success emanating from this impactful programme,” says The Childcare Company CEO, Simon Rouse. “It’s a testament to all involved in its delivery, and our incredible apprentices embracing the training with the utmost enthusiasm, that we’re seeing these amazing achievement levels. If anything enhances our ability to deliver this programme at such a high level of excellence, it’s our partnership with the Ministry of Justice.”
The Childcare Company would like to offer our sincerest congratulations to all of our dedicated and passionate learners, and a massive thank you to everyone involved in making this possible.
