Impact Futures and The Childcare Company have a new vacancy for a Level 7 Senior Lecturer in Leadership.
The Role
As a Lecturer, you will be delivering the Senior Leader Level 7 provision (you may occasionally be required to deliver other Level 3-5 qualifications).
This is a remote based role, but there is an expectation to visit learners occasionally for progress reviews and additional tutoring if required.
The role will involve:
- Lead a caseload of learners and support them to achieve their apprenticeship or qualification, as well as any additional requirements such as a Diploma through to Gateway and successful End Point Assessment
- Regularly assess work and provide constructive feedback including SPAG and update the E- Portfolio system (Aptem)
- Identify and support learners with additional learning needs and successfully use the neurodiversity platform Cognassist to support this
- Take responsibility to ensure safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion are promoted and monitored continually in all areas of the job role

About you
You will:
- Recognised Level 7 qualification in Leadership and Management
- Relevant occupational competency at this level
- Teaching Qualification, PTLLS or equivalent
- Assessor Award CAVA or TAQA Level 3, A1, D32/33 or equivalent
- Have a good understanding/working knowledge of funding rules and frameworks including: apprenticeship levy, Ofsted Education Inspection Framework (EIF), Awarding Organisation requirements and Frameworks to Standards
