The purpose of this role is to lead in all aspects of content development to transform our educational resources into interactive learning programs. Key success criteria will be to build on recent improvements and move towards OFSTED ‘Outstanding’.
The role of the Instructional Designer is to manage the planning, design, development, implementation, and delivery strategies of content transformation in partnership with internal and external partners plus key stakeholders. This role will identify and utilise existing and emerging effective practice, technology and evidence and research for generic and industry specific content.
The Instructional Designer will maintain high levels of integrity, promoting the right behaviours within the team and across the whole company putting quality and compliance at the forefront and influencing others to follow these principles.
