Due to our continuous and successful business growth, Impact Futures UK and The Childcare Company are looking to recruit a talented Enrolment Team Leader to join our fantastic Enrolment team who is already led by 2 Team Leaders and a Manager.

The Role
As an Enrolment Team Leader  (apprenticeships), you will work closely with your allocated Educational Advisors, ensuring every learner has a quality enrolment experience as they begin their learner journey. You will work as part of a large team to support the enrolment function in the business.

Please note this role is hybrid based, 4 days in Birmingham office and 1 day from home. This is essential. 

The role will involve:

  • Managing your own allocated caseload of learners
  • Managing an allocated number of Education Advisors; Monitoring caseloads and nominations for your team
  • Maintaining good business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading by example in relation to training and performance

You will:

  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines, manage priorities and performance
  • Work independent whilst supporting your team to perform to reach target
  • Have good attention to detail to carry out all tasks to a high standard
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills at various levels
  • A motivated individual with a high level of integrity and honesty
