Impact Futures and The Childcare Company have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our Higher Education Team as a remote based CYPFP Development Coach.
The Role
As a Development Coach, you will be taking ownership of the delivery of the Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Level 4 (Community Pathway) apprenticeship standard. This is a remote based role, but there is an expectation to visit learners occasionally for progress reviews and additional tutoring if required.
The role will involve:
- Delivery of content related to the CYPF Community L4 qualification to cohorts
- You will be responsible for both the Functional Skills and the standard components, managing apprentices to deliver a quality learning experience
- Providing clear milestones and targets alongside monthly teaching sessions, you will review their progress every 10-12 weeks supporting their progression to gateway and end-point assessment
- Regularly assess work and provide constructive feedback including SPAG and update the E- Portfolio system (Smart Assessor)

About you
You will:
- Proven occupational competency of working in a community-based role with Children, Young People and Families (CYPF)
- Assessor Award CAVA or TAQA Level 3, A1, D32/33 or equivalent
- Teaching Qualification, PTLLS or equivalent
- Have experience in the delivery of apprenticeships
