The Impact Futures Group is now a Founding Partner of the Association of Apprentices (AoA). The resources and services now available to learners opens further opportunity to support success, and maximise outcomes.
The AoA helps UK apprentices, training providers, and organisations to enhance the overall apprenticeship experience, maximise development, and provide a like-minded peer community – all of which improves the pathway to course completion and career accomplishment.
As one of the UK’s most trusted training providers, Impact Futures (along with its sister brands, The Childcare Company, and First Response First Aid) is enjoying a period of significant growth. As the organisation expands, the number of learners on-programme increases ever more.
By aligning with the Association of Apprentices, Impact Futures is now able to provide additional guidance, self-development opportunities, and a heightened sense of community for students.
The AoA’s mission is to support the UK’s talented community of almost 1,000,000 apprentices in being their best. Their work is also apprentice-led, meaning they can help learners understand their apprenticeship journey from an insider perspective, while enabling organisations and training providers to better assist apprentices - helping them to get the most out of their respective courses.
Impact Futures learners can join the AoA for free, and gain instant access to resources, help, advice, exclusive events, and a network of learners to connect with. Members gain instant access to AoA Connect – a social media app specifically for apprentices – unlocking opportunities to meet like-minded learners across the UK. There is also AoA Learn – where a simple self-assessment quiz identifies the skills individuals need to thrive, then provides personalised resources on the topics relevant to them, from business communication, to effective presenting.
"Welcoming Impact Futures as a Founding Partner marks a significant milestone for the Association of Apprentices,” says Emily Rock, Association of Apprentices CEO. “Their apprenticeship expertise, particularly in key sectors like Childcare and Health & Social Care, aligns perfectly with our mission to support UK apprentices. By committing to continuous improvements, this community is empowered to overcome challenges, build resilience, and make the most of their apprenticeship journey. This partnership isn't just about training; it's about shaping the future workforce."
“Everyone at Impact Futures is so excited about our partnership with the AoA,” says Impact Futures CEO, Simon Rouse. “Now, in addition to delivering high-quality, high-impact learning, we can provide our learners with an extra layer of rich and relevant value. We believe this will further bolster our learners’ ability to achieve, complete their courses, and succeed in their future careers.”
The Association of Apprentices is the key to a treasure chest of extra support. It provides the social and broader elements of apprenticeship programmes, with free access to guidance which supports successful career development, and nurtures meaningful peer connection.
