The office move comes at an exciting time for the group of companies, as we experience rapid growth of our training portfolio and workforce.
As the UK skills shortage continues to impact the economy, The Childcare Company and Impact Futures have been upskilling and retraining individuals across a broad range of sectors: continually facilitating career paths and changes for our learners, and providing recruitment solutions to organisations struggling to sustain a skilled workforce.
The new headquarters, managed by Orega, will enable us to access other workspaces in cities across the country. The additional spaces offered by the move suit our hybrid model of working, our workforce's geographical spread, and our position as a national training provider with learners and clients across England.
Guy Helman, CEO of The Childcare Company and Impact Futures, commented on the opportunities provided by the new headquarters:
"Our new offices and partnership with Orega will further enable collaborative working, which continues to be vital to the growth and adaptation of our businesses as we expand.
"This partnership will enable our business to develop when and how we need to in key locations. It's an exciting era for The Childcare Company and Impact Futures. We are working hard behind the scenes to #Elevate the business even further than our already-industry-leading growth trajectory."
We’re all about making an impact, be that individuals making an impact through their day-to-day work, or by organisations making their impact on our economy.
As a national training provider, we make this impact throughout the UK, with expertise in childcare, healthcare, clinical and business skills apprenticeships.
