Level 2 Adult Care
Worker
This level 2 apprenticeship training programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to care for and support the needs of adults, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.
Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker
This level 3 apprenticeship training programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to lead on the provision of care for adults, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.
Level 4 Practitioner in Adult Care
This level 4 apprenticeship training programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to lead on the provision of care for adults, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.
Level 5 Leader in Adult Care
This level 5 apprenticeship training programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviour requirements of managers in various adult care settings that are regulated by CQC.

This level 3 apprenticeship training programme operates using the same standard as the Level 3 Team Leader or Supervisor programme, but with a focus on healthcare and CQC management and accountability.

This level 5 apprenticeship training programme operates using the same standard as the Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager programme, but with a focus on healthcare and CQC management and accountability.
Off The Job Training
Off-the-job training is a mandatory requirement for apprenticeship funding. It will ensure that you are supported with dedicated time to learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve your apprenticeship with the best possible outcome.
